In Store Return Policy

All items for exchange or return must be accompanied with an itemized store receipt, and all tags must be attached to the garment/s.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 72 hours from the date of purchase.  If you are unable to make it into the store within this time frame, please call us at (215) 345-6596.

Because we are a lingerie shop, only certain items may be returned or exchanged for obvious health reasons.

Items that may be returned:

* Corsets and bustiers that do not come with a thong or g-string
* leather and vinyl pants, skirts, dresses, and jackets
* robes, shrugs, or "cover-ups"
* jewelry and other accessories - other accessories include chokers, arm guards, gloves, and cat masks

* heels and boots - must be in the original box, there may not be any scuff marks on the sole or have any other indication that the shoe has been worn

Items that may NOT be returned:

* any thong, panty, g-string or garter
*any bra, camisole, teddy, or body shaper
* hosiery, other leg wear, and body stockings
* no part of any Halloween costume
